At Kash Crafts (UK) we dispatch our handcrafted Kashmiri rugs, wall hangings, scarves, bags and home decor from Newport, Wales.

Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses in the UK and selected international destinations. If you’d like delivery elsewhere, please email kashcraftsuk@gmail.com before ordering.

Processing time

Orders are normally dispatched within 1–3 working days of payment. Items we hold in stock are sent first. During busy periods, such as Christmas, or when we are away trading at shows, dispatch may take a little longer. We will let you know if there is a delay.

Delivery options and costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your basket and delivery address. Larger items, such as full-size rugs, may be sent by courier and may cost more.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with tracking details where available.

Customs, duties and taxes (international orders)

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs charges set by the destination country. These are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged, lost or late parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, or has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact us at kashcraftsuk@gmail.com or on 07825 162918 with your order number. Photos of any damage help us resolve things quickly. See our Returns & Refunds page for more.
