These terms apply to all orders placed through kashcrafts.co.uk. By placing an order you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Shipping & Delivery, Returns & Refunds and Privacy Policy pages.

2. Our productsOur products are handmade by artisans in Kashmir, so small variations in colour, size, texture and pattern are natural and part of their character. We take care to describe and photograph items accurately, but colours may look slightly different on different screens. Sizes are approximate.

3. PricesAll prices are in pounds sterling (£). Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed. If we spot an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

4. Placing an orderWhen you place an order you are making an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we send you a dispatch confirmation email. We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock or we cannot verify your details, and if so we will refund any payment taken.

5. PaymentPayment is taken at checkout by the methods shown, including PayPal and major credit and debit cards. Payments are handled securely by our payment providers.

6. DeliveryDelivery is covered in our Shipping & Delivery page. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you once they are delivered to your address.

7. Cancellations and returnsYour right to cancel and return an item, and how refunds work, is set out in our Returns & Refunds page. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

8. Faulty goodsGoods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If they are not, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please contact us and we will put things right.

9. Our liabilityWe are responsible for losses you suffer that are a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or our negligence. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.

10. Intellectual propertyAll text, images, logos and designs on this website belong to Kash Crafts (UK) or are used with permission. Please do not copy or reuse them without our written consent.

11. PrivacyWe handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these termsWe may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force when you place your order are the ones that apply to it.

13. Governing law and complaintsThese terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you have a complaint, please contact us first at kashcraftsuk@gmail.com and we will do our best to resolve it. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you keep any rights you have under your local consumer laws.
